With over 20 years of experience as an RN, I blend clinical knowledge with emotional support

Welcome to Comfort Therapy!

My name is Yulia Krupitsky, as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings, I bring a unique perspective to therapy, blending clinical knowledge with emotional support to help manage the pressures of single parenting,  relationship difficulties, coping with a medical diagnosis, or adjusting to life with a chronic illness.  

The stress of these experiences, daily responsibilities, and uncertainty about the future can feel paralyzing—but with the right support, you can regain control, build resilience, and find clarity.

Having gone through the emotional complexities of a divorce, I understand the pain and difficulty that relationship challenges and breakups can bring. I am committed to providing you with the understanding and compassion you deserve.

I hold Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and bring over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to my work as a therapist, offering a unique perspective on the intersection of physical and mental health. I have also received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Level 1 training in couples therapy.

  • I love animals, and have two cats that I rescued from SPCA
  • I love reading
  •  I am deeply passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth 
  •  I have cultivated practical skills such as sewing, knitting, and undertaking home renovations. 
  • I love learning new languages and currently speak 3 languages: English, Russian and Hebrew

I'm divorced, and live in Burlington ON with three kids and two cats.  The balance is delicate, and I understand where you're coming from—juggling responsibilities can be challenging, especially when it comes to maintaining work-life balance, prioritizing well-being, and meeting self-care needs.
