I hold Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and bring over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to my work as a therapist, offering a unique perspective on the intersection of physical and mental health. I have also received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. In addition, I'm currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
My passion is to help individuals navigate their challenges and reach their full potential. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to heal, grow, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I'm divorced, and live in Burlington ON with three kids and two cats. The balance is delicate, and I understand where you're coming from—juggling responsibilities can be challenging, especially when it comes to maintaining work-life balance, prioritizing well-being, and meeting self-care needs.
